This course has been designed to provide trainees with detailed knowledge of the necessary legal formalities required to convey a property in England and Wales.

Delegates can train individually or in groups, with automatic online grading, certification and course tracking facilities. Delegates are provided with handbooks, videos and other resource material to prepare for the online assessments.

At the Conveyancing Academy we have trained novices into highly effective Conveyancing Technicians within 6 – 12 months. The course is a must for all non-qualified Conveyancers!

This course has been designed to provide students with detailed knowledge of the necessary legal formalities required to convey a property in England and Wales. Each module provides an in-depth handbook, followed by a self assessment. The handbooks are downloadable for you to use within your trainee role.

For example, Students will learn how to read, understand and interpret Freehold Titles. They will learn how to identify entries, the consequences and effects of those entries and how to raise enquiries. Students will learn how to explain and report to the client the impact of entries on their transaction.

Students will also learn how to raise suitable enquiries, how to identify what questions to consider when dealing with flats and the importance of Leasehold Management Enquiries and the LPE1 Form to name just a few areas.

We anticipate that each module should take delegates approximately 40 minutes to an hour to complete, with a total of 12 – 14 hours required to complete the course. Delegates may complete the course over several days, whilst others will take several months. There is no time limit to completing the course.

Delegates will be given access to our online training platform, which allows delegates to study at a time and place that is convenient for them. Delegates will be instructed to read the module handbook, either online or in its downloadable format, and will then undertake the module assessment online. Delegates will receive an automatic grade for that module once completed.

Each delegate that successfully completes the course will receive a Conveyancing Academy Certificate of Achievement.

Each legal practice will be given “Teacher” administrator access to the course, allowing access to view delegate grades and monitor their progress.
